Job Purpose: The Project Coordinator provides strategic leadership and management of the Voice Project, including having overall budget responsibility, and ensuring quality and timely implementation of the project in Nigeria. The job holder shall act as expert of VOICE for all aspects of the grant making process including all grant administration policies, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance, incorporate best practices, and ensure excellent controls. The role includes overseeing the entire grants contracting process, coordinating tracking and monitoring of grant data and metrics; ensuring grantee compliance and support within the entire grant process.

Job Purpose: To work with the EFSVL Program Officers and assistants in the technical oversight and management of EFSVL activities encompassing cash transfers, agriculture, micro-enterprise, livestock, protection, and advocacy components across the target areas. The role is also to support and lead the scale up and maintain the EFSVL program pace in the operation area by ensuring quality and standard of accountability in EFSVL, as well as build the capacity of officers and assistants and ensure timely submission of project reports and Sitreps. Monitor the extent to which the programme is meeting its objectives and participate in the formulation of sustainable recovery strategies aimed at supporting vulnerable families i.e. women, youth, female-headed households, family members with severe disabilities and older persons among others.
